Adult Classes
Age 18+
Our adult classes are suitable for all abilities. Our wonderful teacher, Lydia, is amazing at creating different variations of each exercises and routine to suit everyone so let us know your dance experience and we can cater to you. There are currently all types of dancers in these classes, from complete beginners to trained dancers who have come back to class. With the encouraging atmosphere and community created within these classes, everyone feels comfortable to dance and progress at their own pace.
Our adult dancers are also invited to take part in our annual show if they wish to but this is not compulsory.
